Empathy map Response

The empathy map was created based on the answers received from students who attended online courses during this flue pandemic. I was not sure how well the students will adapt to the new environment, therefore, my questions were from the environment, behavior, influences, and preoccupations. I used Mentimeter to collect their answers.
