Here is the empathy map that I created.  My focus was on a group of students in a beginner health care program.  This course has always been face to face and now with a virtual approach I suspect there will be challenges.  Digital literacy, anxiety, access to technology and even how to present physical activities in a virtual model will have an impact.  I am open to feedback if anyone wishes to share.
