My target learners will need to focus on the final goal of completing all 6 badges. The following are some examples of the value of the complete set of badges together.

To gain recognition within PSE orgs which endorse the Empowered Educator Microcredential
To integrate the interdisciplinary skills that can continue to be leveraged within your institution, your field, as well as within the ecosystem of eCampusOntario Open Education Resources, and the edTech Sandbox.
To connect with an identifiable community of practice who is developing learning experiences with similar methods, or on similar topics.
