• Renewed excitement about teaching and learning and greater self-awareness.
Motivations:
• Reflect on your practice of teaching and consider ways to improve
• Focus on student learning and how to enhance their learning experience
• Consider the results. What worked and what didn’t work. This should be done in a systematic way by examining the processes and adjusting as needed for the best overall results
