A big challenge is engaging students to want to come to class as well as internalize lessons.

 

A reflection padlet might be a way to accomplish both.     A padlet page is created for students to share what they learned by using pictures, videos and words.   I forced them to self-reflect which internalized learning.   Also, if they were not present for the lession, then they could not obtain marks for participating in this activity.
