This Mind map illustrates the Sustainability course in the supply chain management program at St. Lawrence College by researching real-life case studies of supply chain management. We identify sustainable practices, compare the practices between different brands and products, and then suggest improvement based on the three bottom-line sustainability concepts and circular economy framework. Eventually, the students will learn to identify, analyze, and improve sustainable supply chain management practices.
