For this activity, I chose the project facilitating the Ontario Extend modules at Fanshawe as this was a recent experience. The table in my image was small so I added one chair for my co-facilitator, but the table can and should be expanded to include the workshop participants. My co-facilitator Kim is from a different discipline, and she has different skills, experience, and perspectives to bring to the table, as do the participants. This adds colour to the project,  and ultimately our skills will grow from this experience.   Being at that same table helped build our relationship working together. The LMS served as our base or table by which we were able to cook, and present our meal (the workshop).  Our personality helped add additional spice to the facilitation, and hopefully kept it interesting for the participants.  The tools we predominately used were Bongo and Teams. Teams was used for Kim and I to connect, and Bongo was used to connect in the synchronous workshop sessions. I added in the fact that having a schedule and consistency in the delivery of the workshop helped make sure it ran smoothly. As well, being open and adaptable to change allowed for insight and learning for both the participants and us, the facilitators.
