Group Work Challenges

The programs we are teaching engage students in group/teams to enable communication, decision making and leadership skills.  Whether it be a Face2Face or online curriculm group work is defined in the assignments.  Students find it difficult to manage this process due to class schedules, outside work activities and now isolation. In addition there are some difficulties with language which can intimidate some students from participating.
