The challenge for students to work in teams on group activities presents many obstacles to students such as , hectic work schedules in addition to conficts in class schedules. Many students have also noted they find difficulty with some students not participating due to these conflicting schedules.  COVID has added an additional obstacle as they are not engaging as they would in f2f sessions.
