I believe that the 3 resources I chose satisfy the CRAAP criteria. These 3 resources demonstrate that there are different leadership styles and challenges. There isn’t a “one-size fits all” leadership style. Dale Carnegie says, “Don’t imitate others; be yourself”. People have to develop the leadership style that works for them, their organization, and their team.
