For the second tool I used Canva.com

In my Human Resources Course the module on hiring has an activity for designing a job advert.  One of our industry partners asked for some samples so I created this as an example using Canva.com to share with our students.  It was quite simple to use and really made the advert more visually appealing as opposed to a standard word version.  As well as the link I have posed a word doc with specific instructions as a guide.
