Please see attached a mind map that summarizes topics in a leadership module. The focus of the module is on how leaders can encourage team members to demonstrate their best performance and achieve their goals by recognizing contributions and showing appreciation in a personalized way.  The module is based on Chapters 11 and 12 of  The Leadership Challenge: How to Make Extraordinary Things Happen in Organizations
