For this challenge, I focused on time management.  Students in the ESD program are repeatedly told they must manage their time.  Inevitably, students fail to appreciate the time requirement for this program, and find themselves being left behind.  I hope to provide an efficacious method that engages/forces learners in new/unique ways to be aware of their time commitments and requirements throughout the program.
