I admit that I was a little skeptical of this process before I got started.  I’ve never been a huge fan of mind maps… but this was actually time well spent.  The final product is a really good visualization of how the course fits together.  When I have more time, I may even expand on this to go one or more levels deeper.  Now that I see it in front of me, I may actually shift the way I present the information to make it a little more concise.  Consider me a convert.  This was a valuable exercise.
