As a professor  I am consistently working towards engagement and creativity, if you were to come to a class on mine you would not see me always at the front of the class.  I like to think I blend but the longer I teach the greater the age gap.

All of my students come to my program with such a diverse set of education, work and life experience. I dig deep to avoid just sitting and listening to theory.

I have students present different approaches to ones that I am delivering and am always open to feedback.
