I teach college students Negotiation and Labour Relations. To make them understand the relevance in studying negotiation, they view this video and then students are asked to describe what they believe is happening between the two babies in the video.

Then we have an open discussion about how everyone started their negotiation careers as soon as they are born. For example, crying to be fed, crying to have their diaper changed or to get attention from mom or dad.
