  1. Increased diversity in voice and perspective in your pedagogy. – I think this is a great way to get more perspectives involved in teaching and learning!
  2. Renewed excitement about teaching and learning, and greater self-awareness. – The greater self-awareness part is what feels most important to me, being self-aware and teaching in that manner is so important to know the students that we’re teaching and truly help them to learn.
  3. Useful data for assessments, program reviews, retention strategies, and accreditation processes. – Knowing how our teaching affects these broader outcomes is so valuable, and can involve the rest of the institution in this process.
