Motivations:

I want to see participatory action research which can show the way that the working conditions of the teachers are the learning conditions for the learners and this shared interest can result in a collective push to ensure better working conditions for instructors. 

I want that job security to lead to more stable connections between staff and the curriculum while enhancing instructors’ capacities to experiment.

I am motivated by the results of political education to activate learning contexts which question and replace oppressive dynamics of labour exploitation, exploitation of international students, and imperialist curriculum.
