When considering what motivates me to become more engaged in SoTL activities and explore the broader body of knowledge, I quickly identify with the benefit of knowledge exchange among my peers/colleagues within and across institutions, the opportunities for supported and self-directed faculty development as well as the availability of resources and opportunities to contribute to SoTL.
