In the past year, I worked on an action research project with a colleague from another college. It was an eye-opening learning experience for both of us amateur educator-researchers. I’ve learned that proper planning and scheduling are imperative to project completion. I’ve also realized that leveraging and appreciating each other’s strengths lead to greater team output. Attached is an image of our collaborative dining table.
