My philosophy and approach to teaching is that of a guide or steward. My role is to provide the environment, resources, and guidance so that each person can attain the knowledge they need or desire out of the vast universe of knowledge available. We can better advise learners by meeting them where they are in their learning journey, adapting our style and approach to best facilitate their learning experience and attainment of knowledge.
