I used Giphy to create a meme that is representative of a topic that we discuss in the Flight Services program, Reputation & Brand Management Course: in our Ethics unit we discuss the practice of overbooking – nearly every airline company has used this income technique to encourage a profit. Even though overbooking is a legal functioning plan, the decisions some companies make are extremely unethical, causing a great deal of stress and inconvenience to their passengers.
