How can we provide a new holistic definition of leadership in project management? 

I am interested to learn how the students perceive leadership characteristics. Our students come from different backgrounds and were always told that the given definitions in textbooks represent a universal definition of leadership. The new project management approach is value-based and uses a holistic lens for definitions. The project management practice believes that the project manager, as a leader, has “Power skills”  that inspire the project team to follow. Discovering such a holistic definition will help the students realize new managerial approaches that could contribute to the progress of their projects.
