I was inspired by Black and Greene’s patchwork titled We’re Only Making Plans for Learning. I took a deeper look at the statement “Students are highly variable, and that variability isn’t a surprise – we can plan ahead for it. . .without lowering standards” (Black & Greene, 2017).

I created a concept map which breaks down the plan, teach, reflect model and identifies ways that I can plan for, teach to, and reflect on my lesson and its success with learners of all variabilities.
