I am lucky to have a cross section of educators. We collaborate on general issues we all encounter for example student engagement and student resiliency. We develop activities and surveys within our respective subject areas to see how students are doing and were we can support their learning.

I have another subject specific group that shares ideas,concerns and suggestions via a gmail thread.

I feel very supported and connected.
