Rachel Schultz – It’s Alive! Activity
It was clear that I was overthinking how to integrate H5P into the design of a degree intro psych course! Once I decided on a suitable activity type (multiple choice/matching hybrid question with instant feedback), H5P made it fairly easy to create and embed a question into my course. I think a sprinkling of these throughout the course will provide students with an easy way to check their knowledge as well as a check in point to reset their attention. It’s low-risk, and didn’t take nearly as much time as I thought. My next steps are to compile a list of where I’d like to include these questions and start writing them. There is also a possibility for these to be included in our larger test banks.
