Evaluating the tool TEAMS  for learners with the SECTION model was an enlightening experience as it highlights the significance of considering the factors such as cost, privacy, ease of access and use and organizational features .This approach seems beneficial in ensuring that the technology aligns with the needs of learners to enhance their learning experience.
