From the empathy map, the challenge of building online speaking skills resulted in a technology solution of using Canva to prepare personal brand presentations.  Learners can then record narration using LMS-supported Panopto recorder.  Finally, to gain peer feedback, students can post their URL to a LMS discussion board and comment on each others’ presentations.
