I used this form to collect information for a previous activity on Empathy. The data from the form is collected into a spreadsheet.  Once the information was in Google Sheets form, it can be analyzed. For example, Google has a FREE Natural Language Processing engine that can be used to analyze the sentiment of each question response.

 

*** I later modified the process from getting students to go into the LMS and click a link to open the form on their phone. This process was improved by just projecting a scan code on the projector which points to the form; Once I project the scan code, they pull out their phones and focus the camera on the projected scan code. They tap on the screen and it takes them to a blank form …. ready to be filled in.  ****
