PATCH NINETEEN: BE KIND ONLINE

This whole article really resonated with me.  The author is an Instructional Designer who supports faculty! I too support faculty in the building/design process, as well as teaching faculty the “how too” when dealing with the LMS and course content setup, as well as, I see/hear student feedback.  So you could say I am involved in online courses in many different ways from the planning stages to the delivery of the course, so I see many different aspects of an online course.
