I am new to this term- SoTL so I was very curious.

From what I infer after watching this and other videos on this topic as part of this module is that SoTL is an inquiry into student learning from teaching, which is systemic in nature although it will vary significantly in each instance.

I am in agreement with the fact that teaching practices should be evaluated, adjusted, and updated almost on the PDCA cycle (Plan Do Check Act) with student learning being the measure.
