Top 3 statements that would motivate me to become engaged:

  1. Improved outcomes and assessment scores – it is important for me to adequately prepare my students for their entry to practice registration exam
  2. Renewed excitement about teachaing and learning and greater self awareness – I have been teaching a long time – and need rejuvinating!
  3. Faculty development opportunities

I support the comments of colleagues as well – and feel particularly how important it is to set an example for our students in terms of life long learning
