Whats in it for me
Students either love or hate anatomy. It is a lot of memorization and quite dry. I do my best to attach stories etc to it so they remember but not always successful.
One thing I try to do is a case study where they are caring for a patient and they need to know the anatomy…..the consequences of not knowing it
It seems to work-they start to link the need to understand the basics before they can care for someone safely
