As an automotive teacher, the most difficult subject to get students excited about is electricity.  Everyone wants to rebuild engines and transmissions, or make cars go fast.  Not very many students are interested in what makes the lights work!  This is a huge mistake for anyone considering a career in the automotive service industry.  Some of the reasons this is the case can be found here.
