Teaching-learning can be compared to a water fountain.The fountain’s source represents the teaching content and knowledge of the educator and the flow of water represents the flow of information to the learners or shared with them. As the water falls back to the base, it can be like  learners being eager to absorbing more information and knowledge.Just as the fountain requires maintenance for effective functioning, teachers require ongoing assessment and updations to ensure that the flow of information is meaningful.
