This was an interesting process.  I have not used Cornell notes before, but can see how they would be a useful way to organize thoughts.  Perhaps adding a section for reflection after the summary would further deepen the experience.    In this Ted Talks, Brown speaks of the power of vulnerability as foundational to a sense of connection and belonging.
