I don’t get much in person interaction with the students because of a hybrid environment but it’s eye opening when you do hear from them. They are living an educational life much different from mine when I was a student and almost all of them work to get by while doing full time school and I commend them on their progress. I certainly learn alot from my brief interactions with them and have outlined it within my document.
