I created this Empathy Map based on my past experiences teaching English as a Foreign Language in Korea. I enjoyed this activity and wish I had used this approach before leaving that profession. There is a lot of anxiety and stress around studying English. I would like to have done a better job reassuring these students on several of the points illustrated in this map.
