This took longer than it should have because of my email software program. I had been using Office Outlook from Office 365. It did not like the procaffination mail at all. I added certificates to my three main sites, update the dot files and installed the plugin. Pretty excited that this one seems to work. I also migrated my posts from my old blog to my new one here and all looks good.
I chose the WP-Highlights as my theme and worked through the instructions to add social media links, new photos and two posts. One links to my blog and the other is simply information about what is coming next.
If you want in my private folder, you will need to supply the correct password. Actually, this one took a couple of tries. Not sure what I was doing wrong so I just deleted everything and used the traditional Windows Error hack: I shut everything down and started over from scratch!
I have successfully created subdomains and have highlighted same on the included image.
I have created a subdomain that redirects to my educator youtube channel. I have also created a few other subdomains for areas that I would like to play with. I am pleased that this was very easy to do!
I put the site in a subdomain so I could see it, please let me know if I was supposed to put it somehow off the main site instead. I decided to make some changes in the html view.
I have changed the image from the personal template to a photo of some spiderwebs on a bush in front of the college that I just took. Using the instructions, it was fairly easy to find the right background image. I changed that image to bg1.jpg and then changed my image file name to bp.jpg more… »
