This activity allowed me to explore a new technology that I hadn’t use prior. It was free, easy to use and interactive. My goal is to facilitate engagement with the theory they would have just learned in a live session to be able to tie in the application and theoretical concepts in real time. This would further enhance their understanding and provide context to their learnings. I also realize online learning is difficult for students to engage in critical thinking and to gain engagement which is why I targeted this specific technology. I also have the option to download the slides with results or without to provide it as an offline copy for learning and to understand where the students are struggling so I can target weaknesses in onsite laboratory sessions.
