I enjoyed this activity because the comparison to the dining table is really representative of my team and our team dynamics. We work well together, we find ourselves around a table a lot, discussing and planning projects as a group and I know I can always ask for support (pass the potatoes please!) and I hope they think the same of me. I also like the idea that there are no ‘assigned’ seats at our table – depending on the project (or meal), everyone has a chance to show off their (cooking) skills!
