Cultivation
This activity helped me realize how much connections I can actually draw from and has helped me realize there are a lot of people I can collaborate with on a project. For this activity, I just listed the institutions, connections, and resources I already have and from there I realize that I can actually further increase, grow, and improve those networks. This is going to really be useful when I am looking for guest speakers/panel of judges for the classes that I teach as there will be a large pool of people I can ask and draw from which is going to be beneficial to my students. It will help them get the most out of the discipline I teach because there would be more than one person to learn from.
