This was a very useful exercise to me. As the content in this course stated, it’s hard when you have years of experience thinking or talking about issues to break it down and explain it to someone who has never thought of it through a particular lens. It can be useful to remind myself of this and scale things back to meet learners where they’re at and move forward from there.
