The Empathy Map. I would equate this activity to walking in another person’s shoes. What a great way to think about teaching. Instead of focusing on my challenges I took the time to think back on all of the e-mails, discussion board comments and online class discussions I’ve had with my students and look at the overriding theme…they want to feel connected. So, what am I going to do to address this and how can I use technology in this journey? I need to be one with technology. This is my goal.
