I chose this activity, because I always thought that Infographics were a great way to spread awareness to people. I always found the data and numbers in them shocking and can give people a sense of urgency. So, I made a public awareness poster about bullying on MS PowerPoint.

For this activity, I decided to use a program that is readily available to students and faculty. I decided to try to create an infographic using MS PowerPoint and then saving as a PDF.  How to use the MS PowerPoint program is normally taught to students in the college, so I wanted to test if I can make an effective infographic out of it, so that if I ask my students to create an infographic poster, they do not need to learn a separate tool, or program to complete the assessment. I can see that I can use this activity for healthcare students as public health awareness is an important part of healthcare.
