I was looking for OER materials to help students create Personas. In my course one of the important tools is the Persona Model that helps understand the target customer’s objectives, needs, and lifestyle.

Search criteria: it is will be easier for those who are interested in learning about Persona model development to start with the Buyer’s persona first as a search string, as it is easier to find and learn.

I found a free interactive Persona making webpage at https://www.hubspot.com/make-my-persona

I also found a free PDF file about eMarketing that includes guidance on developing User Persona on https://www.redandyellow.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/RY_eMarketing_ed7.pdf
