In my Occupational Health & Safety classes we talk about companies sincerely promote Work Life Balance so I selected this as my theme. This “Find Your Fit” activity allowed me to research and collect videos, reports and infographics I would never have thought to include in my lesson.

I wanted to find a variety of open education resources to round out my lesson plan. I was able to find a great infographic from CCOHS (Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety) while I was searching LinkedIn for relevant documentation. This a great visual tool and it is essentially one stop shopping as students can download and save or print this infographic. It is a wonderful summary of key Work Life Balance components. https://www.ccohs.ca/products/posters/work-life-balance/

Using Merlot I was able to find a relevant report from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. This site allows students to search various countries and look at the report.ed Work Life Balance results. As my students come from all over the world, I thought this site and survey would support diversity and inclusion in the classroom. http://www.oecdbetterlifeindex.org/#/11111111111

Lastly, I wanted to find a video clip that would be impactful. My search of YouTube brought me to an animated video is certain to impact the viewer. I decided to use this animation as my OER example as I believe it will have a lasting impact on my students. The concept and animation belongs to NCH productions. I hope anyone reading this response will take the time to watch this animation.
