Based on my empathy map, students have shared that they enjoyed experiences where they can practice and apply course material.  A challenge, especially with COVID-19 is to create more experiential learning opportunities.  I am also glad that students felt comfortable to share their perspectives with me and I will continue to reflect about this. I plan on discussing with my colleagues about more ways to provide different experiential learning opportunities for our students.

With this activity, I also liked that I could try out the tool Padlet, which was user friendly. I have attached a file containing a screenshot.
