As a Digital Learning Specialist I often hear that faculty are overwhelmed by the options they have when it comes to technology (especially this past year). Each technology encompasses elements that they think will be useful for their course, however they may not have the time or capacity to learn it all at once. Instructors want to ensure they are doing the best they can for their students, while also balancing their own well-being when it comes to learning new skills.
