Learner reluctance for online speaking

From the empathy map, one issue identified was the reluctance of learners to use their mic to speak during online class discussions.  This led to the learner challenge topic of building online speaking skills.  Using an existing assessment to create a personal brand presentation, one strategy is to use Canva (www.canva.com) to create a visual framework for the presentation and then using voice narration to build speaking skills.
